1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mekha Innovation website (mekha.ai) and any AI consulting, chatbot, LINE MINI App, marketing automation, and sales automation services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Mekha Innovation provides AI-driven solutions for businesses, including but not limited to:

  • AI consulting and strategy development.
  • AI chatbots and LINE MINI App development for customer engagement.
  • Marketing automation tools and campaign management.
  • Sales automation and lead generation solutions.
  • Custom AI software development and integration.

Specific terms, pricing, and deliverables for any engagement will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our Services responsibly and lawfully. You will:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when submitting inquiries or project details.
  • Not misuse our website or Services for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
  • Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
  • Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on our website or delivered as part of our Services remain the property of Mekha Innovation or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.

Upon full payment and delivery of a custom project, the client receives a license to use the delivered work as agreed in the project proposal, unless otherwise specified.

5. Payment and Fees

Fees for Services are detailed in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within the terms specified on the invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of Services until payment is received.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during a project engagement, including business strategies, customer data, and technical details. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mekha Innovation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.

AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and operational assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before use.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, all obligations that by their nature should survive termination — including confidentiality and intellectual property provisions — will remain in effect.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
